Cars

We have as strict 3-car maximum.

Check-in

Check-in begins at 4:30 PM. If you need an early check-in please let us know at least 48 hours in advance and we will do our best to accommodate your party.

Check-out

Check out is at 10:00 AM.  There is no penalty for being a few minutes late as long as housekeeping can start on time.  Delays will be charged at $50 per hour.  As you leave, please deposit one set of Chalet keys in the lock box.  Please leave the second set on the bear key holder in the mud room.

Fees and Taxes

In accordance with Mono County tax guidelines a 12% Transient Occupancy Tax will be added to all reservations.

Fishing

No fishing is allowed in the pond in the back yard.  Check our on-line guide for the list of the wonderful places you can fish in the area.

Guests

We keep to a strict maximum of 8 overnight guests.  This includes infants.  As mandated by Mono County, no more than 10 individuals can be present on the property at any time.

No Smoking

All smoking must be done outdoors at least 10 feet from the structure.  Please be mindful of fire risks in the summer, fall and spring.  If you leave cigarette butts, we will charge you an additional cleaning fee of no less than $50 per butt.

Payment

50% deposit is due at time of booking. Remaining balance + security deposit is due one month prior to arrival.

Pets

Under no circumstances are pets allowed on the property.  If you have friends with pets visiting you please have them leave their pets in the car or in their hotel room.

Hydrotherapy Pool

Due to the possibility of accident or injury, the owner prohibits children under the age of 18 from using hot tubs. Pregnant women and people with heart conditions or pace-makers are not allowed use of hydrotherapy pool or hot tub. Allow a minimum of 6 hours of constant heating for the electric heater to get the hydrotherapy pool to 101 degrees.

Refundable Security deposit

It will be mailed, less any charges for damages or missing items, within 14 days of your departure.

Reservation Changes and Cancellations

Should you need to modify your reservation you will be charged an administration fee of $150 for each change. Your deposit will be refunded, less a $150 administration fee, if you notify us of a cancelation more than 30 days prior to your arrival date. After 30 days no refunds will be provided unless another party books the dates you had reserved.
